STMS Topaz Corliss’ career is a great example of where a willingness to learn and grow can take you. From operating a stop/go paddle to leading a traffic management team, she now helps protect worksites and keep people moving safely across a range of infrastructure projects.

Holding a Class 2 licence, Topaz operates a variety of specialist vehicles and is always looking for opportunities to expand her skills and knowledge.

A natural leader and mentor, one of the most rewarding parts of her role is helping others grow.

“I love seeing members of the team gain their qualifications, build confidence, and progress to leading traffic management on their own sites,” she says.

Topaz describes her crew as family, reflecting the strong relationships built through working closely together every day.
