Since joining the business in 2021, Sunil has progressed from Quality Assurance Technician to Site Engineer, then Sealing Engineer, and now Auckland Sealing Manager. He credits Higgins' strong focus on learning and development for helping him build his career, supported by ongoing training and opportunities to take on new challenges.
Today, Sunil leads a team specialising in chip sealing and bitumen work, contributing to major infrastructure projects across the region.
